Thousands of vacation rentals, cabins, and hotels are within a short drive. Consider getting a group together to rent a place. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville all have great options nearby.
Bringing a Guest
- Anyone joining meals, sessions, or activities must have a ticket — no free attendees.
- If you're staying in the mansion, a Plus One can share your room for an additional fee covering lodging, meals, and the excursion. One additional person per bedroom — no exceptions.
- Family is welcome to come along and stay off-site; they'll need their own admission if joining any event activities.

Frequently Asked
What if I can't arrive until Friday morning due to travel?
No problem. The main mastermind days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You'll just miss the Thursday night mixer, but you're still welcome to join us.
Can I arrive early on Thursday if my flight gets in before check-in?
No early arrivals. The mansion is off-limits until 5 PM on Thursday. Enjoy the local attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or Sevierville until check-in.
What's happening on Thursday night?
A welcome mixer with food and drinks — a relaxed chance to network before sessions begin Friday.
When is checkout and what's the last day?
The mastermind ends Monday, June 8. Checkout is by 10 AM sharp.
Can I bring a plus one or family?
Plus ones can stay in your bedroom for an additional fee covering meals, excursion, and access. Only one additional person per mansion bedroom. Family staying off-site is fine — anyone joining meals or activities needs a ticket.
What will we be doing during the three mastermind days?
A mix of mastermind sessions, focused workshops, hot seats, and small group breakouts — direct mentorship and targeted help for real breakthroughs.
Will drinks or alcohol be provided?
Yes — a limited bar with drinks and snacks throughout the experience. Special dietary needs? You're welcome to bring your own.
